DG MOTORS was established in September 2023 in Tashkent City, the capital of Uzbekistan, with a registered capital of US$2 million. China's headquarters is located at No. 2899, Longzhou Avenue, Banan District, Chongqing City (Chongqing Banan Used Car Export Base). The founding team consists of four senior automobile companies from Chongqing, Handan, Shijiazhuang and Zhengzhou. The core members all have more than ten years of operating experience in the automobile industry.
With the rapid development of business, as of June 2025, branches or cooperative stores have been set up in Belarus-Minsk, Moscow, Saudi Arabia-Riyadh, Azerbaijan-Baku, Cote d'Ivoire-Abidjan, Ghana-Accra, Cambodia-Phnom Penh and Malaysia-Penang. The global employee size exceeds 300. Except for the core management who is dispatched from the China headquarters, the rest are locally hired employees.
DG MOTORS is mainly engaged in the export and after-sales services of new energy vehicles in China, providing full-process supporting services covering procurement (including Supply Chain Finance support), licensing, logistics, customs clearance, overseas customs clearance, wholesale/retail and tax refund settlement.

The research team arrived in Phnom Penh in September 2024; the store site selection was completed at the end of November of the same year; the preliminary work team was stationed in January 2025; the company registration was completed on February 27; the decoration company entered the market in March; the first batch of vehicles was completed in April. Domestic procurement, the first batch of vehicles arrived at the store through customs clearance on April 25, and the first vehicle was delivered on April 26; At the end of May, the first foreign exchange was successfully withdrawn through Hong Kong, marking the successful realization of the entire process of domestic procurement, licensing, customs clearance, transportation, overseas customs clearance, sales and foreign exchange repatriation.
