On November 18, 2025, Li Xuesong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Chongqing City Federation of Industry and Commerce, led a team to visit and investigate the used car export base in China (Banan, Chongqing). Xu Jianghai, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, and Wang Qiang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce. Fu Yueming, President of the Automobile and Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce of Banan District and Chairman of Huanyu Automobile, received the entire reception, and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and member companies participated in the reception.

 During the investigation, Vice Chairman Li Xuesong and his party visited the base exhibition hall to learn more about the base development plan. As Chongqing's first comprehensive platform integrating multiple functions such as vehicle procurement, testing, preparation, endorsement, and financial services, the base's all-round service system has been highly recognized. Li Xuesong spoke highly of the progress in market development of the "Belt and Road" and the effectiveness of increasing the export proportion of new energy vehicles.

 Later, Vice Chairman Li Xuesong focused on inspecting the construction of the "Four Hearts" cultural wall of the Chamber of Commerce, as well as the International Living Room and Baxin Studio of the Chamber of Commerce that were being upgraded. President Fu Yueming reported in detail on the working system of the Clean and Clean Chamber of Commerce and introduced the specific practice of creating a typical case of pro-Qing government-business relations.
