On December 11, Huang Xin, Vice Chairman of Chongqing City Federation of Industry and Commerce, led a team to visit China (Chongqing·Banan) used car export base to carry out research and guidance work. At present, the base has built ten service centers including a vehicle display center, maintenance and maintenance center, testing and certification center, and vehicle management service center. Vice Chairman Huang Xin fully affirmed the hardware facilities and international layout of the base, and pointed out that it is necessary to further optimize the customs clearance process and improve export efficiency in order to promote the better implementation of the "Chongqing Vehicles Going to Sea" strategy.

In the ensuing discussion, Vice Chairman Huang Xin highly affirmed the development achievements of Banan's automobile and motorcycle industry, emphasizing that the used car export base provided strong support for the development of new foreign trade formats. In response to the subsequent development of the base, he proposed to promote the transformation from "scale growth" to "quality improvement", expand the overseas market network, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the private economy.
