Step 1: Enterprise qualifications and contracts

Make it clear that the company has the qualifications to export used cars and sign trade contracts with overseas buyers.

Step 2: Collection and transfer

Complete the purchase and transfer of vehicles, register used car transactions in accordance with the law, and transfer the vehicles to the name of the exporting enterprise.

Step 3: Preparation and testing

Prepare the vehicle; entrust a qualified third-party organization to test and issue a test evaluation report.

Step 4: Licensing and booking

Apply for an export license from the provincial commercial authority; synchronize booking and gathering ports.

Step 5: Customs declaration and customs clearance

The customs broker shall declare and fill in truthfully; the license shall be verified online and released after cooperating with the inspection as needed.

Step 6: Shipping and delivery

Arrange sea/rail/road transportation to complete cross-border transportation and customs clearance and delivery in the destination country.

Step 7: Deregister

After completing the customs export clearance procedures, apply to the Public Security Traffic Control Bureau for cancellation of registration.

Step 8: Export tax refund

Apply to the competent tax authority for export tax rebates (some models can be refunded) with the export declaration form, special value-added tax invoices and other certificates.
