On the afternoon of June 16, 2026, the "Conference of the" Compliance Management Initiative of the Used Car Industry in Banan District of Chongqing City "and the Service Standard Upgrade Activity of the Basi·Used Car Integrity Alliance" was grandly held in the exhibition hall on the first floor of China (Chongqing·Banan) Used Car Export Base. This event was hosted by the Banan District Automobile and Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce of Chongqing City, co-organized by the Secretariat of Bashi·Used Car Integrity Alliance, Chongqing City Huanyu Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Qinqin Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., and guided by the Banan District Commerce Committee and the Banan District Federation of Industry and Commerce throughout the process.

Relevant leaders such as the Banan District Commerce Committee, the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the District Used Car Trading Conflict and Dispute Mediation Center, and the Lijiatuo Sub-district Office were invited to attend. All 53 units of the Basi·Used Car Integrity Alliance, representatives of used car companies in the city and Banan District, media and consumer representatives gathered together to witness the important moment of upgrading the integrity of the industry.

Subsequently, Meng Xiaobo, head of the Bashi·Used Car Integrity Alliance, read the "Compliance Management Initiative for the Used Car Industry in Banan District, Chongqing City" on the spot, released a newly upgraded alliance service standard, and clearly implemented heart-warming measures such as "try first, buy later, and provide transparent services." The integrity convention was upgraded from 32 words to 40 words; all alliance members collectively swore to make a commitment to operating with integrity.

As a benchmark enterprise in the used car industry in Banan District, Wang Yu, director of domestic trade sales of Huanyu Automobile, spoke on behalf of the company. He reviewed Huanyu's development history of adhering to "integrity based and attentive service" over the past 26 years, shared the company's practical experience in integrity system construction, standardized operation, used car export, etc., and said that Huanyu will continue to play a leading role, actively implement compliance initiatives, and lead the healthy development of the industry.

Wang Qiang, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Banan District Party Committee and secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Ye Qi, secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the District Commerce Committee, delivered speeches successively, affirming the effectiveness of the alliance construction, requiring the industry to adhere to the bottom line of compliance, and promoting the coordinated development of the local market and the used car export business.

At the end of the event, representatives of 10 participating companies took the stage and signed the "Compliance Operation Commitment Letter" with all alliance units in the audience, with the official seal.
