Why don't they have certificates of qualification? These 4S store sales staff immediately told reporters that the certificate of conformity was still with the car manufacturer.

The reporter called several car manufacturers one after another, and they all said in unison that the certificate of conformity had been handed over to the consumers. What kind of inside story is it? Under questioning by reporters, a salesperson revealed the inside story. These sales personnel told reporters that in order to obtain more funds, the 4S store first mortgaged the certificate to the bank, and then repaid the money before returning it to the owner. But such a thing cannot be known to the car owner. Sometimes it takes a few days to redeem the certificate, sometimes even a year. Why does it take so long? It is possible that they will also use the car's certificate for other purposes. Once the capital chain breaks, redemption of the certificate becomes remote, and the cars bought by consumers will really become cars that cannot be licensed.

The staff of the 4S shop explained that except that a license plate cannot be issued, a car without a license plate is the same as a car with a certificate. However, the reporter learned from major insurance companies that these sellers have concealed the fact that they are not allowed to take out compulsory insurance for vehicles without license plates.
