At the Sidu Chishui Memorial Hall, everyone gained an in-depth understanding of the background, process and major strategic significance of the Battle of Sidu Chishui by viewing historical pictures, physical exhibitions and multimedia demonstrations.

The Battle of Four Crossing Chishui was the most thrilling and exciting military action in the Long March of the Central Red Army. It was the "proud pen" of Chairman Mao Zedong's military career and a vivid manifestation of his superb command art. For more than three months, Chairman Mao commanded the Central Red Army to follow mobile and flexible strategies and tactics, fight if they won and leave if they failed.
