On November 24, 2025, Fu Yueming, Chairman of Chongqing Huanyu Automobile, visited DG MOTORS Phnom Penh store in Cambodia. As the first store in Southeast Asia in the second-hand car export base in Banan, Chongqing, Phnom Penh Store has deployed in advance the requirements of the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Second-hand Car Export" of four ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Commerce to create a benchmark for second-hand car export services.

The store haslaunched research since September 2024 and has completed the entire process of site selection, registration, decoration, procurement and delivery with efficient execution, verifying the collaborative capabilities of the "Huanyu Model". Relying on the advantages of the industrial chain, the team achieved order growth and improved recognition of China brands through localized services, which met the requirements of "improving the company's international business capabilities" in the notice.

Fu Yueming emphasized that in accordance withthe guidance of "Improving the Export Supporting System" in the notice, he will continue to support the construction of Southeast Asia sales and service networks, strengthen after-sales service and supply chain cooperation, and help "ChinaUsed Cars" comply with regulations and move global. This inspection injected confidence into the international layout of the base and marked the successful implementation of the used car export service model in Southeast Asia.
