On January 14, China (Chongqing Banan) used car export base welcomed Yao Huijun, deputy director of the Free Trade Bureau of Caofeidian Area of Hebei Free Trade Zone, and his party to visit and inspect. Fu Yi, person in charge of the base, Lu Zheng, director of the Chongqing Automobile Shipping Division of Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center, and Li Ji, deputy secretary-general of the RCEP Service Center, jointly received and accompanied the exchange. This inspection focused on the practice and regional cooperation of the used car export industry, and jointly explored a new path for north-south joint development under the RCEP framework.

Accompanied by Fu Yi, Lu Zheng, Li Ji and others, the delegation visited key operating sections such as the base's vehicle exhibition area, testing and certification center, and export service area. Fu Yixian, the person in charge of the base, introduced Chongqing's service closed-loop and effective cases in terms of integration of used vehicles, standardization and export customs clearance. Deputy Director Yao Huijun and his party highly recognized the base's large-scale operation capabilities and process standardization.

Deputy Director Yao Huijun said that Caofeidian area, as an important port and free trade zone in the north, attaches great importance to the automobile trade and the extension of the industrial chain. This visit is not only a learning exercise, but also a way for the two places to develop future port linkage, data interoperability, policy coordination, etc. Create a docking opportunity. Both sides agreed that under the background of building a new "double circulation" pattern, the north and south regions should strengthen mutual learning of experiences and complementary resources.

This inspection further deepened the mutual understanding between Chongqing and Caofeidian area in the field of automobile exports, and also laid a good foundation for subsequent collaboration between the two parties in business linkage, policy docking, and data sharing.
