On June 27, Huanyu Automobile and Kuma Automobile officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the second-hand car export base in China (Chongqing·Banan). The two parties will work together to deepen the field of second-hand car export and jointly create a new benchmark in the industry.

This strategic cooperation is an important layout between Huanyu Automobile and Kuma Automobile in the field of used car export. The two parties will integrate their respective advantages in resources, channels, management, etc., promote the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade, and jointly build a vehicle source procurement and consignment platform for used car exports. Kuma Automobile has officially become the core vehicle source strategic partner of Huanyu Automobile's export project, marking a new stage of cooperation between the two parties.

The signing ceremony was held on time at 10 a.m.. Mr. Fu Yueming, Chairman of Huanyu Automobile, and Mr. Yang Yin, Chairman of Kuma Automobile, delivered speeches respectively. Chairman Fu Yueming said: "Huanyu and Kuma have reached a strategic cooperation, which will focus on five key areas: venue sharing, co-sales of used cars, group sailing, compliance operations and upgrading of integrity standards." Chairman Yang Yin emphasized: "High-quality vehicle sources are the cornerstone of export business.  Subsequently, witnessed by Mr. Liu Zongyin, Secretary-General of the Automobile and Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce of Banan District, Mr. Fu Yi, Deputy General Manager of Huanyu Automobile, and Mr. Wei Xian, General Manager of Kuma Automobile, signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties and exchanged agreement texts. After the signing ceremony, representatives and guests of both sides took photos to jointly record this historic moment.
