On June 12, General Manager Hong and General Manager Gong of Xiamen Xinda International Trade Automobile Group visited the used car export base of China (Chongqing Banan). Fu Yi, the person in charge of the base, received the entire process and conducted in-depth exchanges. The two sides focused on innovation in the used car export business model,

Systematic management and overseas market layout were discussed.

During the discussion, Fu Yi introduced that the base is using technical tools such as SAAS system and GPS logistics tracking to digitize the entire process of vehicle source procurement, warehousing, and overseas sales, and has deployed potential markets such as Cote d'Ivoire and Malaysia. Mr. Hong recognized the base's differentiated model of "standardizing services to small and medium-sized car dealers + customized development of large customers", and exchanged views on issues such as overseas store layout and financial logistics module cooperation.

Both sides agreed that systematic management and localized operations are the key to breaking the pain points such as high overseas tariffs and difficult capital return. In the future, resource coordination will be explored and closed-loop ecological construction will be accelerated. This inspection laid the foundation for deepening cooperation in used car export between Fujian and Chongqing.
