Today (11th) morning, the two-day Sichuan Province's Second Used Car Export Supply and Mining Matchmaking Conference was held in Shuangliu District, Chengdu City. As the core activity of "Sichuan Complete Vehicle Trade Global Tour", this matchmaking meeting is sponsored by Chengdu City Commerce Bureau and Shuangliu District People's Government of Chengdu City, and co-organized by China Automobile Circulation Association and Sichuan Province Used Car Chamber of Commerce. It is the highest-specification, largest and most international professional matchmaking meeting for used car exports in the western region, and has become one of the important windows for the country's used car exports.

Nearly 500 people from industry associations, overseas buyers from Russia, South Korea, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, domestic automobile companies, traders, and supply chain service providers gathered in Chengdu. Seven major trade orders for used car export were signed on site. The partners came from Russia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and other countries, with a total contract amount of nearly 500 million yuan, covering new energy and traditional fuel vehicles. It involves models such as vehicle order export and long-term procurement strategic cooperation.

The centralized signing of contracts between China (Sichuan·Shuangliu) used car export base and national leading vehicle source platforms such as Youxin Group was held simultaneously on site, taking the lead in building a large-scale, compliant and sustainable export vehicle source guarantee system in the country.

Olga Lazareva, purchasing manager of China Green Auto LLC in Bishkek, said after signing the contract that used cars from China are very popular in the Central Asian market, with a rich variety of categories and a complete age gradient. "This event allows us to accurately target high-quality car dealers and will bring more high-quality China cars to Kyrgyzstan in the future."

At the event site, the country's first provincial-level comprehensive service system for used car exports overseas,"Sichuan Province Comprehensive Service System for Used Car Exports Overseas", was released. It built a full-chain support system from sales, warehousing, after-sales maintenance and other links, taking the lead in solving the industry's emphasis on sales and light service pain points, and promoted the transformation of Sichuan's used car exports from "single trade" to "global service ecology."

The first batch of six overseas comprehensive service stations in China (Sichuan·Shuangliu) used car export base have also been unveiled, covering six key markets such as Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Minsk, Belarus, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Moscow, Russia, and Baku, Azerbaijan. The overseas comprehensive service station was established by China (Sichuan·Shuangliu) used car export base in cooperation with Sichuan overseas enterprises, extending the services and guarantees of used car export bases overseas. According to reports, this is also the country's first overseas public service network for the export of used cars led by local government bases, operated by provincial enterprises, and fully covered key markets.

Alexei Podsekorkin, chairman of the Russian Automobile Dealers Association, said that there is strong demand for China's high-quality used cars in the Russian and Eurasian markets, and Sichuan's complete overseas service system will greatly enhance cooperation efficiency and trust.

It is also understood that for the first time, the event also achieved the joint signing of contracts between the country's eight largest used car export bases. The signing was initiated by China (Sichuan Shuangliu) Used Car Export Base, China (Chongqing Banan) Automobile Export Base, China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base, China (Zhuzhou) Used Car Export Base, China (Guangzhou Baiyun) Automobile Export Base, China (Guangzhou Pazhou) Automobile Export Base, Suifenhe Travel International Automobile Export Base, China Nansha International Automobile Center jointly responded and signed the "National Used Car Export Bases Coordinated Development Agreement" to establish a national integrated development mechanism for resource exchange, standard coordination, information sharing, and complementary advantages.

Chen Huiling, marketing director of Guangzhou Huahui Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd., the operating unit of China Nansha International Automobile Center, said that the linkage between Nansha and Shuangliu is a strong combination of "coastal" and "inland". Shuangliu has the advantage of vehicle source in the southwest hinterland and market channel advantages in Central Asia and Russia, while Nansha has advantages in maritime logistics and radiation advantages in the Middle East and African markets. "Through coordinated development, we can realize the interconnection of vehicle sources and resource sharing, and jointly build a more efficient and larger global trade network for China's used cars to go out to sea."
