As for the second-hand car purchase subsidy specified in Chongqing Commerce [2026] No. 93 Document, individual consumers should purchase second-hand passenger cars (including new energy vehicles and fuel vehicles) of RMB 20,000 or more from second-hand car dealers that have been publicly solicited and included in the list of participating enterprises in the subsidy policy (public address:https://sww.cq.gov.cn/ztzl_247/cqsjlcjxfpyjhx/esgzbt/), and during the subsidy application review period, the purchased second-hand passenger cars should be registered in their name.
