In order to conscientiously implement our city's 2026 subsidy policy for new and second-hand car purchases and continue to enhance consumers 'sense of experience and gain, after full research and listening to the opinions of all parties, we are hereby notified on relevant matters as follows:

1. After public selection and determination according to procedures, the "Understanding Car Emperor" APP, as the application platform for subsidies for the purchase of new and used cars specified in Yu Commerce [2026] No. 92 and Yu Commerce [2026] No. 93, meets the subsidy conditions. Objects should clearly, completely and accurately submit application materials through the "Government Subsidy" column of the "Understanding Car Emperor" APP from 10:00 on May 15, 2026 to 24:00 on January 10, 2027.

2. The statement in Document No. 92 of Chongqing Commerce [2026] that "this policy subsidy cannot be duplicated with the automobile scrapping renewal and replacement renewal subsidies specified in Document No. 387 and Document No. 388 of Chongqing Commerce [2025]" refers to the new passenger cars involved in participating in this new automobile purchase subsidy cannot be duplicated with the automobile scrapping renewal specified in Document No. 387 and Document No. 388 of Chongqing Commerce [2025]. Replacement and renewal subsidies are superimposed and enjoyed.

3. As for the second-hand car purchase subsidy specified in Yu Commerce [2026] No. 93 Document, individual consumers should purchase second-hand passenger cars (including new energy vehicles and fuel vehicles) of RMB 20,000 and above from second-hand car distribution companies that have been publicly solicited and included in the list of participating enterprises in the subsidy policy (public address:https://ww.cq.gov.cn/ztzl_247/cqsjlcjxfpyjhx/esgzbt/), and during the subsidy application review period, the purchased second-hand passenger cars should be registered in their name.

All district and county commercial authorities, relevant industry associations and dealers are requested to strengthen policy publicity and interpretation, organize implementation in a safe and orderly manner, and promote the healthy development of the automobile consumer market.

Matters not mentioned in this notice shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the original policy document.
