In accordance with the deployment of the "Government Work Report", government legislative work will be comprehensively strengthened this year to provide a strong legal guarantee for a good start to the "15th Five-Year Plan".

The first is to formulate regulations on the construction of a unified national market. Use rigid laws and regulations to eliminate obstacles and blockages that hinder the construction of a unified national market.

The second is to promote scientific and technological innovation and promote the construction of a scientific and technological power. Accelerate research and promote comprehensive legislation for the healthy development of artificial intelligence, low-altitude economic legislation, etc.

The third is to protect and improve people's livelihood and better meet the people's legal needs in terms of food, housing and medical services. Formulate and implement administrative regulations on water supply, medicines, housing safety, medical care, road transportation, etc.

The fourth is to further strengthen foreign-related legislation and ensure high-level opening up to the outside world. Amend laws and regulations such as the Customs Law and the Regulations on the Management of Foreign Labor Cooperation, steadily expand institutional opening up, and safeguard my country's sovereignty, security, and development interests.
